Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

▶ All orders, excluding custom orders, are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

▶ If you choose Express shipping, delivery takes 1–5 business days.

▶ Custom orders are shipped once production is complete. We use USPS and FedEx for shipping, with an agent collecting the packages daily. Delivery takes 1–5 business days with FedEx and 4–7 business days with USPS.

▶ Customs orders are non-refundable.

▶ Grill orders non-refundable.

▶ Products with wear and tear are non-refundable.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  Shipment cost: $9.99 USD

• Shipping in US Method 3 : FedEx Priority Express
  Shipment cost: $19.99 USD
  Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.iceypyramid.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Icey Pyramid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Icey Pyramid will prepare, ship, and provide a tracking number to the customer. Once the package is in transit, the customer is responsible for tracking it. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All packages are insured. USPS will assist you with the claim process and is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
