In the descriptions of all our CUSTOM PENDANT listings, it is stated that the processing of each pendant will take 3-4 weeks. If you don't accept 3-4 processing times when placing your order, we've made it clear please don't place your order. Thereupon, a confirmation e-mail was sent to you by the e-mail "info@iceypyramid.com" for you to confirm.


In short, do not worry! Your order is still processing and we need another 1 or 2 weeks or less depending on the order date. Once completed, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. We appreciate your understanding!

Our factory is currently processing more than 1500 Custom orders, so we do not have the capacity to send previews, photos, or videos to each client. Our craftsmen do their best to finish all customs within or before the estimated time.

Custom and select items are shipped directly from our factory rather than our warehouse. Due to high production volume, packages are first collected by a shipping agency, which takes 2–4 business days to gather and deliver them to USPS. Once handed over to USPS, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Overall, you can expect your package within approximately 4–7 business days.
